For people that not sure how to achieve the above, heres how. Once you've watched the video on You Tube copy the text next to Embeded which will look similar to this -

All you need is from <embed to embed>

<embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/w_FFdSA7qLE" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="350"></embed>

The rest can be deleted and make sure HTML is on before you post.
